Hubei Noodle Dish with Homemade Sauced Meat

Ingredients for the dish: Homemade Sauced Meat, appropriate amount; Green Vegetables, appropriate amount; Grass Eggs, 2 pieces; Shrimp, appropriate grams; Noodles, appropriate grams; Salt, appropriate grams.
Method for making Hubei Noodle Dish: Step 1: Prepare the Sauced Meat by marinating pork hind leg with green onions, ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, and soybean paste for four to five days. After that, hang it to air dry for a few days, then slice it. Slice the freshly picked green vegetables and stir-fry them in oil, then set aside. Scramble the grass eggs and slice them for later use. Boil water and add noodles, bring to a boil again, then add the sauced meat, green vegetables, egg slices, shrimp, and season with salt.


Step 2: Simmer slowly for a while.


Step 3: Serve the dish. A simple bowl of noodles seasoned only with salt, fresh and light.
