Heart-Beat Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients for Heart-Beat Stir-Fry: 400g pork tenderloin, a pinch of toasted white sesame seeds and cumin powder, an appropriate amount of cooking oil, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, an appropriate amount of starch, 400g chicken hearts, two green and red chili peppers, an appropriate amount of bird’s eye chili, salt, chicken essence, and an appropriate amount of thirteen-spice powder.
Steps for making Heart-Beat Stir-Fry:


1. Clean and remove excess chicken fat.


2. Cut the chicken hearts into small pieces by making horizontal and vertical cuts.


3. Boil in cold water to remove blood foam.


4. Remove from water, drain, and deep-fry until cooked. Drain the oil, then reheat the pan, add ginger, garlic, and other seasonings, stir-fry the chicken hearts, and serve with cumin and toasted sesame seeds.
