Double Delights with Water Spinach: Two Ways to Cook

Method for Stir-fried Water Spinach Stems with Chili and Fermented Black Beans:


1. Tear the water spinach stems into strips, cut the chili into strips, and soak and clean the fermented black beans.


2. Heat a wok over high heat, add oil when it’s about 70% hot, then sauté the remaining minced garlic and cut chili until fragrant, add a pinch of salt and stir-fry briefly.


3. Add the water spinach stems into the wok, stir-fry until they change color, add the soaked fermented black beans, season with salt and a small amount of water, continue to stir-fry for one minute, then serve. Your chili water spinach stems are ready.
