Hubei Cuisine: Stir-Fried Minced Meat with Bamboo Shoots and Carrots

Ingredients: Minced meat 50g, Lettuce 1 stalk, Carrot 1 root, Salt 5g, Chicken powder 1g, Cooking oil 10g, Ginger 1 slice, Chopped green onions to taste.
Method: Step 1: Dice the minced meat, carrot, and lettuce; slice ginger and green onions appropriately.


Step 2: Stir-fry the minced meat with ginger and green onions.


Step 3: Add vegetables and stir-fry together.


Step 4: Add water and salt, then simmer for 5 minutes.


Step 5: Serve with chicken powder and chopped green onions.


Step 6: Plate the dish.
